Studio Innate Refund Policy

Because the products and services we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Eligible Refund Situations
  1. Duplicate Purchases:
    • If you accidentally purchased two licenses for the same product or two identical subscription plans, we’re happy to refund the duplicate purchase(s). Please contact us at info@studioinnate.com with your order details.
  2. Unresolved Technical Problems:
    • If you experience a technical issue with the product that we cannot resolve after reasonable efforts, we will issue a refund. Before submitting a refund request, we ask that you first contact us with specific information about the issue. This will help us assess and attempt to resolve the problem. If we are unable to find a solution, we’re happy to provide a refund.

    Before requesting a refund for technical issues, we recommend trying the following steps:

    • Clear your browser cache.
    • Disable ad blockers or browser extensions that may interfere.
    • Try accessing the product on a different browser or device.
  3. Misrepresentation:
    • If the product delivered does not match the description or if an item promised in the listing is missing, we will gladly provide a refund. Please provide clear details about the discrepancy when contacting us.

    Note: Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions about the quality or appearance of a product. However, if you feel a product’s description was misleading, please let us know so we can assess the situation fairly.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.
  • You found another product you prefer or have changed your mind about the purchase.
  • You lack the necessary software or expertise to use the product. Software requirements are provided in the product listing.
  • You accidentally purchased a product, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.
  • You feel the item is of low quality but it matches the product description.
  • You requested a refund due to internet issues that prevent you from downloading the product.
  • You claim a technical issue but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for us to investigate.
  • You require a partial refund for a credits package because you didn’t use all of the credits.
Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.

Goodwill Gesture Clause

Final Decision
