One seat equals one person. Each user needs their own seat.

Commercial licence covers a standard social media campaign, including one business account.

That falls under the Extended Commercial licence.

Yes — if it’s non-commercial, it’s covered by the Free licence. Otherwise, use a Commercial licence.

Yes — a Commercial licence covers standard design use, while Extended Commercial adds logo and webfont rights.

Licences are perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive for the specific project licensed. New projects require a new licence unless covered by an ongoing subscription plan.

Yes — you may share flattened exports with printers or manufacturers. Agencies may deliver final assets to a single end-client for that licensed project. You may not resell, gift, or redistribute our source Assets or project files.

We may request reasonable proof of compliant use (e.g. project name, client, volumes). Breaches can result in licence revocation and account suspension; serious cases may be escalated.

Yes. We may update the licence terms as features evolve or to meet legal requirements. If changes materially affect your rights, we’ll post a notice and, where appropriate, email affected customers.
