When you use our standard Scene or 3D editors, no. Your artwork is processed entirely within your browser. It isn’t uploaded to our servers, and we don’t store or access your designs.
If you choose to use the AI feature, the images and prompts you provide are sent to our AI models so they can generate your renders. This only happens when you use the AI tools – normal editor use remains fully browser-based.
Yes, you can upload multiple designs at once, and they will be added to the canvas. You can adjust or remove each design individually.
Yes, after uploading your design, click on it and use your mouse to resize or reposition it as needed.
To reset the canvas, simply refresh the page. Please note that this will delete all current designs, so be sure to export your work before resetting.
You can upload JPG, PNG, and SVG files.
Currently, your work is not saved automatically. Make sure to export your design if you need to save it, as closing the browser will clear your progress.

While we don’t currently offer freehand drawing features, we believe it’s best to use specialised tools to maximise the quality of your design work. Platforms like Procreate, renowned for their freehand drawing capabilities, offer an exceptional range of features to elevate your creative process. For those who prefer a browser-based option, Sketchpad is a powerful, feature-rich alternative that’s free to use. Once you’ve crafted your freehand designs, we recommend exporting your artwork as PNG files, which can then be uploaded to our mockup tool for final touches and editing.
Your subscription to the Mockup Generator grants you full access to either the Scene or 3D editors. Other digital products, like fonts, vector packs, motion packs, master file templates, and texture packs, are available separately for direct download, ready for you to explore and customise. Our resources are designed to elevate your work, so feel free to browse our collection and find fresh inspiration for your next project!

Yes. You pay 50% once, up front, covering a full 12 months of Scene Pro. The 50% discount is baked into every single month of that first year — there's no mid-year price change or surprise uplift.
After the 12 months, your plan renews at the standard yearly rate unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancel any time from your account dashboard. You'll keep full access until the end of the 12-month period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged for year two.
We don't currently offer pro-rated refunds on the yearly plan, so if you're unsure whether you'll use it for a while, the monthly plan might suit you better.

Yearly gets you the same Scene Pro for 50% of the price for the same 12 months. If you already know you'll use the tool for more than ~5 months, yearly is the obvious choice.
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. If you cancel mid-cycle on the monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Every mockup you export is yours forever. Downloads are high-res PNGs saved to your device — nothing is locked behind a subscription wall after the fact. Your saved scenes inside the app go into read-only mode if you cancel; re-subscribe anytime and they're all still there.
