That’s why we’re pleased to introduce our Custom Production Services, offering you the opportunity to bring your unique vision to life using our premium garments and with our quality craftsmanship and finishing techniques.

How does it work?

Step 01

Sampling

We recognise the importance of ensuring that our garments meet your standards for fabric, fit, and quality. To facilitate this, we encourage you to order a sample, allowing you to assess firsthand the craftsmanship and materials used in our products. Once you’ve received and evaluated the sample, and are satisfied with the quality, you can proceed to place a custom sample order.

Once your custom sample order is processed, our dedicated team will be in touch to gather additional details, including your artwork file or tech pack, as well as any other specific design features you wish to incorporate. Rest assured, we’re committed to delivering a seamless and collaborative experience as we bring your vision to life.

Step 02

Once you’ve received and approved your sample, you’re ready to proceed with a bulk order of your preferred styles. To facilitate this process, we will generate a custom invoice tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring a seamless transaction from sample evaluation to bulk purchase.

Step 03

Once your payment is successfully processed, we will initiate the manufacturing process for your selected styles, ensuring prompt and efficient production of your bespoke garments.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

Our MOQ for bulk orders is set at 20 pieces per style and colour, with the flexibility to distribute across various sizes and garments if the design orientation is the same.

Fabric and Fit Alterations:

While alterations to the siloute or materials are not available, we offer the opportunity to customise products with your preferred colours and branding, ensuring a personalised touch to your garments.

Customisation Options:

Choose from a diverse range of customisation techniques including all-over dye, digital pattern printing, screen printing, embroidery, embossing, puff print, and direct-to-garment/film. Additionally, we provide options for custom trims and hardware, such as internal labels, custom zippers, and drawcords, to further enhance your designs.

Turnaround Time:

Expect a production and shipping timeframe of 4-6 weeks for each stage of the process, ensuring timely delivery of your customised garments.

Payment Terms:

To initiate the process, we require a non-refundable 20% deposit on bulk orders. Following the sampling stage, an additional 40% of the bulk payment is due to commence production, with the remaining 40% payable upon completion, prior to shipping.
